Dover Tire -

Let me preface this review with, I had never dealt with Integrity Tire located on Salisbury Rd in Dover. I had purchased tires at Sam's Club and when they were installing the tires they could not remove one of the valve stem caps that prevented them from installing the tire. They tried, but were not comfortable, thinking they might mess something else up. I called my mechanic, Miller Brothers, and asked if they could possibly help me. They couldn't, but recommended Integrity Tire. I took their advice and visited Integrity and was absolutely amazed. I was greeted by a very nice young man who addressed my concern and informed me that because I had put after market valve stem caps on they became welded to the stem. They were able to make the repair and even went the extra mile to put on the correct caps and even set all of my tire pressures. Also, they are a Christian business which explains why they are so great. If I had not already purchased the tires as Sam's, I would definitely have gotten them there. Great place, great service, great people!!

The team at Integrity is AMAZING!From Brian and Jessie in the office to the great guys in the shop. They have done emergency service for all my grand kids on a moments notice. Tire prices are very comprtitive and follow up service is great. WIll be trying to get in before Christmas for tires before I head back to SC.

This is the ONLY business I use for tires. They are friendly, honest and fast! I also had some major suspension work done on our family van. Integrity Tire went above and beyond to make sure any concerns were addressed and did not hesitate to make it right. TRUST is important. I trust Integrity Tire. I was in Dover, on a trip 2 - 1/2 hours from my home to Dover with my daughter. It was a Saturday afternoon and my van started with an intermittent vibration at speed, which I was hoping was not a bad bearing, loose wheel, or suspension problem that would leave me broken down so far from home. I called ahead and I was told that I could bring it right in. They got my van right in to examine it, they checked out the suspension and tires, and were able to determine that there was no danger or immediate problem. I was back on the road very, very quickly (and went on to do another 300+ miles in the same vehicle that weekend!). It was really helpful and reassuring, since we were so far from home. Thank you SO MUCH for working me in to your busy day, and your expert assessment! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

If you don’t use Integrity Tire you not rolling right. Richard,Jesse and Brian are the best. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful in finding me the best looking tire and wheel setup I could imagine. Customer service is beyond 5 stars!!

I have been buying my tires and having my vehicle serviced at both locations since 2018. I am thoroughly impressed with the entire staff and service that they provide. OMG i have never had someone help me as they did. They were booked and he got me a tire in and out within 20 mins, don't go anywhere else, friendly no attitude

I can never say enough great things about Integrity Tire! I ended up with an almost-flat tire on my way to Dover yesterday and went straight to their shop. Within 30 mins they were able to replace the tire and recommended a few maintenance items based on how all of my other tires looked. I am so grateful for how fast they were able to get me in and back on the road again! All of their guys are so friendly and helpful. 10/10 best tire place in DE!

Great service! I was able to get my tire fixed right away. They were very kind, honest, and helpful in explaining to me what was wrong with my tire and what the best and most affordable option was to get it fixed. I would highly recommend anyone with tire needs go to Integrity Tire. I will definitely come back for all my tire needs in the future.
